1. Sizing: How do I choose the right size? I'm usually a Medium, will an Asian Medium be too small?
Our road bike cycling jerseys are close to Asia size which is 1 - 2 size smaller than USA size; while our motocross jerseys are engineered with a True-to-USA Performance Fit. For the best fit, measure a well-fitting jersey you already own and compare it to our detailed Size Chart.
2. Fit Style: What is the difference between "Race Fit" and "Club Fit"?
Race Fit (or Pro Fit): This is our most advanced, aerodynamic cut. It is designed to be very tight and wear close to the body.
Club Fit: This is our more relaxed and comfortable cut. It offers additional room in the torso and sleeves.
3. Between Sizes: I'm between sizes. Should I size up or down?
As a general rule for performance apparel, if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up, especially if you prefer a "Club Fit" jersey.

6. Design Fees: Is the custom design service included? How much does a design cost?
Our standard design service and digital mockups are completely free. In the case of highly complex, multi-layered artwork, a small, transparent setup fee may apply.
7. Material & Performance: What is the fabric tech, and is it breathable for summer?
Our jerseys are constructed from a high-performance, moisture-wicking polyester blend, infused with 10-15% elastane for optimal stretch. This material is engineered for intense summer riding.
8. Print Quality: Will the vibrant colors fade or peel after washing?
Never. We use advanced dye-sublimation printing technology. The dye becomes an integral part of the fabric fibers themselves, so your graphics will remain vibrant and never peel, crack, or fade.
9. Sun Protection: Do these jerseys have UPF sun protection?
Yes, safety is paramount. Our standard performance fabric provides an excellent UPF 50+ rating, effectively blocking over 98% of harmful UV rays.
10. Care Instructions: How should I wash and care for my jersey?
Wash it inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do NOT use fabric softener. Always hang it to dry – do not put it in a tumble dryer.

Our streamlined production process typically takes 3-8 business days after final design approval. Shipping time depends on your location, but expect 3-7 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
